Luna Encantada C2
You will love the views from this second-floor condo. It’s located at the front of the building, so you are directly overlooking the beach, with nothing in your way!
Wall-to-wall windows in the dining room and living room take full advantage of the gorgeous ocean views. The water is more of an aqua color than you’ll see in Cancun, with gorgeous stripes of blue hues and green and navy. The island of Cozumel across the way protects the beaches, so the waves are gentle.
Slide open the patio doors; the steady sea breezes will keep you cool most of the time. At night, you can turn on the air conditioning to enjoy a great sleep in a comfy bed with a duvet. Although Luna Encantada is only a block from 5th Avenue in downtown Playa del Carmen, it’s a quiet gated building.
Staying at Luna means you don’t have to rent a car—everything is within walking distance. You’ve got great shopping and restaurants on 5th Ave (a pedestrian street that stretches more than 20 blocks). Convenience stores are on nearly every corner, and large grocery stores are a 15-minute walk away. The Main Square and ferry dock to Cozumel are about 2 minutes away.
Enjoy an “al fresco” meal on your wraparound terrace—it’s all set up with a table for 4, plus lounging chairs. The Master Suite has sliding doors to the terrace as well, so you can wake up to beautiful tropical sun rises over the ocean.
Each of the 3 bedrooms has a little something special about it. Two have dazzling Caribbean Sea views. Two have walk-in closets and an adjoining bathroom. Take your pick! This condo can sleep up to 8 guests.
There are flat screen TVs in the living room and in the master bedroom for some downtime after you’ve had enough sunshine. The kitchen features a custom-built wine rack shelf and a raised bar.
At Luna there is an infinity pool with jetted seating area, as well as an elevator and paid underground parking.
This is the kind of place you may want to stay in again and again. It feels like home, and it’s in a great location with a lot to offer!
