BPM Music Festival 2015
Originally founded in 2008 as an event for people in the hospitality industry, BPM stands for Bartenders, Promoters, Managers. The event has since grown; drawing thousands of vacationers and techno music fans from across the globe.
Spanning 10 days, the BPM Festival features over 200 DJs. The program is split into day and night events.
The day-time lineup is hosted by some of the best beach clubs on the strip: Fusion, Blue Parrot, Cannibal Royal and Mamita’s. (Guests staying at Luna Encantada are right across the street from Fusion, an intimate beach club with a laid-back vibe. El Faro and Corto Maltes are just two blocks away.)
The stage is usually set up right on the sand, with a massive sound system pumping out the beats under the tropical sun.
After dark, the party really gets going. Tabu nightclub, Blue Parrot and La Santanera showcase the action. And the Blue Venado, located south of town, provides a spectacular setting—lush jungle surrounds the oceanfront club.
At BPM, festival-goers can enjoy Playa’s paradisiac setting and literally dance around the clock!
