Boston’s Gourmet Pizza
One thing about visiting Playa del Carmen is that on occasion, it gets a little warm. Along with that, there are sometimes these pesky little things that buzz and bite called mosquitoes!
Since the vast majority of restaurants and eateries in Playa are open-air, it’s nice at times to find a quality air-conditioned establishment.
Since it opened in Playa in June 2016, BOSTON’S has been one such answer to this problem. We enjoy visiting it (to catch a game, meet friends & enjoy a taste of home), and were recently reminded why we love it!
This restaurant has a great family environment, with a huge play area for kids. Boston’s can accommodate large groups and has the capacity to seat a lot of hungry patrons.
There’s a comfortable waiting area when you walk in, just in case it’s a busy night. You can choose a table in the dining room, the enclosed patio, or in the large sports bar furnished with high top tables and booths.
Soccer is always available to watch virtually anywhere you go in Playa. But sports lovers who might want to catch a hockey, football, or basketball game while on vacation will enjoy Boston’s!
While chilling in the comfortable surroundings, take a gander at the extensive menu of delicious pizzas. You can choose from lots of toppings and there are four sizes: personal, small, medium, or grande. The menu also offers great pasta, wings, burgers, and other bar fare.
Note to all the Canadians out there – the quality and portion size are what you’d expect from a Boston Pizza in Canada. It doesn’t disappoint.
Don’t forget to ask for the cocktail of the day or enjoy a liter of beer (or the delightful strawberry lemonade), and the very comfortable atmosphere at Boston’s!
If you feel like dropping by, you can find this restaurant right at the corner of Constituyentes and 115 Avenue, a short taxi ride away from the touristy downtown part of Playa del Carmen.
