After leaving the airport, you will be headed east toward the ocean. Follow the signs to Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen and Tulum and get on the Highway headed south. Stay on the highway for about 35 miles until you get to Playa del Carmen. Continue through Playa del Carmen. You will pass a light for Avenida Constituyentes, then another light for Avenida Juarez. At the next light, you will see a Holiday Inn Express on the left side. There are signs saying Playacar and Playacar Hotels. Take a left at this light, and you will be headed east toward the ocean. Follow it all the way down until it ends. You will see a brightly colored building in front of you. Take a left here, and you will be headed north. Take your very next right, which takes you into the entrance of Playacar Phase 1. Keep going straight, do not take a right where the guard gate is. You will be headed towards the hotel Playacar Palace. Just before you get to the Playacar Palace hotel entrance, you will see a street closed off with a chain on your left. Explain to the guard there that you are staying in the Plaza Marina condos. He will let you through, and you can park on this street wherever there is space. At the end of the street you will see a plaza with a big tree in the middle. To your right, you will see the Caribbean Beach Properties office.
