"Los Arcos proved to be everything listed on this ad and a whole lot more. We were greeted by Juan and Lolita who helped carry our suitcases and oriented us to the house. We had clean sheets, towels, drinking water, tables, chairs, everything! Juan even cleaned the beach in front of us every morning so we could enjoy the powder sand. For our travels around the area Juan lent us an ice chest and it was perfect for cervezas and sandwiches. In the evening Lolita gave me the best massage ever and is a great conversationalist too! Los Arcos is located about 15 minutes from the Tulum Ruins. There are 2 grocery stores nearby, a restaurant right next door, and is close to many restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. We even had dance lessons up the road at Zebras. Getting to the ruins, cenotes, Tulum, Punta Allen, Akumal and Playa Del Carmen was easy from this property. If you are down to earth, love interacting with real people, enjoy the quiet Mayan coast, enjoy exploring the forests around you, you can not go wrong with this property. And you will never see the word TOPES again without smiling. "
