"We stayed at Xaman-Ha with our two kids (ages 3 and 5) at the time. The condo was clean and well maintained. It was nice to have laundry inside the condo, so we returned home without having to do a huge pile of laundry. The beach is great, the sundeck is nice with a mix of full shade and full sun. Lots of lounge chairs, friendly front desk staff, front desk has some board games and beach toys for the kids. We found the complex to be quiet and laid back, no big parties or loud music which was perfect for us! The beach was never crowded out front of the complex even though it was high season. We walked many times farther along to Mamita's beach, and it was more busy with little bars and clubs --lovely for a destination, but we were happy to not be staying right there. The beach is just as good at Xaman Ha!!! We had easy access to 5th ave, we usually walked along the beach, and it just took us about 5-7 mins with small kids to get to the Ferry Docks where the main shopping area begins. We found lots of places to eat nearby for dinner, and were able to walk to Walmart in about 20 mins to shop for groceries for breakfast and lunch. No one every bothered us to buy ANYTHING on the beach, it was very low key...not like some resort areas in the Dominican and elsewhere. We felt safe in Playa with the kids and will return next year with our new baby too! "

Not sure if the condo we stayed in was yours personally or not, but we loved it. We stayed in 7115 and it was great. We truly had the absolute best vacation. One of your emails you told me not to worry about anything and we would love it and you were completely right!!! It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing and just the absolute best. We loved the condo we were in as it had a front view of the ocean and we would sit out every morning with our coffee and just listen to the waves. We want to move there! The access to walking into to town with our family made it so great. We walked down 5th ave each night for dinner and it was so much fun. The condo was stocked perfectly. We could of not asked for anything better and didn't need a thing. If we come back to Xaman Ha, we would stay in the same condo. It was awesome. "
